Privacy Policy
ClickListing is a real-estate listing-photo app operated by Tobie Town Media, LLC ("ClickListing," "we," "us"). This policy explains what we collect, why, who we share it with, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Account information — your name, email address, and password when you create an account, or the identifier Apple provides if you use Sign in with Apple.
- Listing content — the property addresses and photographs you capture and submit through the app so we can process and deliver your finished photos.
- Payment information — payments are processed by our payment provider, Stripe. We receive confirmation and limited billing details but do not store your full card number.
- Device & technical information — device model, device name, operating system and app version. We use these to confirm your device can run the capture features and to support you when something goes wrong.
- Usage & log data — how you use the app (for example, when you capture your first photo, save a draft, or open checkout), plus basic technical logs such as timestamps, crash reports and performance data. This is linked to your account and used only by us to keep the service working and to improve the app. We don't use it to track you across other companies' apps or websites.
How we use your information
- To create and manage your account and authenticate you.
- To process, edit, and deliver your listing photos.
- To take payment for your photos.
- To provide support and respond to your messages.
- To maintain the security, integrity, and reliability of the service.
- To understand how the app is used and improve it.
How we share your information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run ClickListing, and only as needed to provide the service:
- Apple — Sign in with Apple and Apple Pay.
- Stripe — payment processing.
- HighLevel — customer relationship management, so we can keep track of your account and send you messages about getting started with ClickListing. You can unsubscribe from non-essential messages at any time.
- Dropbox — secure transfer and temporary storage of your listing photos.
- Our photo-editing provider — professional editing of the photos you submit.
- Resend — sending transactional emails (such as account messages).
- Render — cloud hosting of our backend and database.
We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users or the service.
Photo storage and retention
Your finished listing photos and their associated project data are automatically deleted approximately 30 days after delivery. Please save any photos you want to keep before then. We keep your account information for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we erase your name, email address, and sign-in details (including any Sign in with Apple link), and remove your photos from our storage. We keep records of past payments and listings (including property addresses), along with basic device and security logs, for accounting, tax, fraud-prevention, and security purposes; these records no longer carry your name or email address. Stripe keeps its own payment records under its privacy policy.
Data security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption of data in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and limit access to it.
Your choices and rights
Delete your account in the app. Open ClickListing and go to Settings → Delete Account. If you have a listing that's still being edited or a payment that hasn't finished, deletion becomes available once that listing is delivered. Deletion is permanent and can't be undone.
You can also access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information, or ask questions about this policy, by emailing us at support@clicklisting.app. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
Children's privacy
ClickListing is intended for licensed real-estate professionals and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and post the new version here.
